I can't click in CAS or live mode.

Whenever i'm in CAS I can't click certain things, like hair or buttons. I can't even click some swatches. To avoid this problem I usually just scroll down or up which allows me to press swatches. But then it started happening in live mode, I couldn't click certain interactions. I used to have the sims 3 and it was fine until the same problem started happening.
