I can't click Sims or self interact But i can interact with objects!!

I need Help Ive tried restarting game  Im not able to interact wit other sims or self interact but I'm able to  use objects And yes I do have mods

    @Lohla01  I'd like to see the dxdiag anyway; it doesn't always report all potential issues as problems.

    Please also test in a clean Sims 4 folder.  Move your existing folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and a clean folder will spawn the next time you launch the game.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you have the same issue.  Let me know either way.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks! Sooo I played around a little with a new family, made up exactly like I've been playing (2 adults, a teen, a toddler, and two cats) using the clean launch and I couldn't get it to replicate what's been happening. Does this mean there's an issue with one of my packs?

    @Lohla01  The most likely cause of the issue is either the save itself or something else in the Sims 4 folder you moved.  You can try copying over just the save, nothing else, to see how it runs in the clean folder.  (Since you're copying and pasting, you can use the spare copy for experiments while the original is still intact in the old folder.)

    If it works well, then the save is fine, and you can start adding other files from the old folder to the new one.  Keep testing though, in case something makes the game slow down again.  Here's a list of everything in your Sims 4 folder, so you'll know what you might want to keep and what you can discard:

    If the save runs slowly in the new folder, then the issue is probably the save itself and not anything else.  It can be difficult to fix an issue like that, although you can try playing with a different household within the same save for a few sim-hours and then switching back.  Be sure to save and quit to desktop before and after switching households.  You can also try moving the household to a new lot.

      @puzzlezaddict so I tried your suggestion and had an interesting result. My current game is still doing the same thing. I made a new family, which plays great but crashes to my desktop after 15 minutes or so. This is crazy.

        @Lohla01  There's definitely a serious crashing issue currently in the game, and as far as I know, there's no fix yet.  From what I understand, that wouldn't cause your save(s) to run slowly, just for otherwise normal saves to crash for seemingly no reason.  This is the very, very long master thread on the issue:

        As you can see from the accepted solution (marked for visibility) on page one, EA is looking for saves from affected players, if you'd like to provide one.

        If you're not convinced that this is your issue and would like to experiment a bit, you can try playing while your computer is offline.  Sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or unplug the ethernet cable before launching the game.  That may not have any effect on your old save, but it would be interesting to know whether it helped in a new save.

        For the old save, you could just put it aside for now and wait until the other issues have been fixed.  Or you could try loading a backup to see whether it runs any better.

        It's a good idea to use the manual method and make a copy of your backup saves, in case you need them later.
