Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I just connect to my account for the first time since almost two years. Didn't have time to play. I tried to download all my sims 4 games and extentions I already paid for but it's like a never bought them. I spent so much money in those games and now i have to buy them again. Is there a possibility that you help me recover all my purchases so i can download them on my computer please

When you log in to EA, you can check the “Order History” in the settings to see exactly what you’ve purchased. You can also restore missing purchases there if something doesn’t show up.
