    LXR_21  Please try in windowed mode rather than fullscreen.  If that doesn't help, and you use mods or custom content, please remove the Mods folder.  You don't need to save your progress.

LXR_21  The actual rewards are saved to your account, other than consumables that you could get in-game anyway.  It doesn't matter if you save your in-game progress or not.

The intermediate progress is not saved, but the points you gain are.  So you could complete the tasks in one save, redeem all the rewards, then go back to your main save (and your mods and cc) without worrying about the effects of temporarily removing the Mods folder.
