I can't connect to The Sims 4 Gallery in the game!

I've never been able to connect. No error message, just says it can't connect. My firewall and anti virus are not blocking it.

Are you getting an error message ? Have you never been able to connect or is this new ?

Did you check if your firewall and antivirus aren't blocking the connection ?
