ERROR 801

To be clear and short, I tried to move my household from one lot to another (not using the phone), but no matter what kind of lot I choose, whether empty or already built, the game either gets stuck in an infinite loading loop or shows Error 801.

I tried deleting the cache file, playing without any mods, deleting the latest saves and trying again, and verifying the game files, which were perfectly fine. I also searched for tutorials or other solutions, but nothing worked. I even created another save and tried again, but that didn't help either.

I found out that the game itself has an issue with this type of error, but I'm still wondering when it will be fixed, considering that this error has been around for quite a while.
