i can't download buildings from gallery

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? version 1.51.77.1020 ...

i would still need to go through gallery then my library and the same thing happens

Do you get a forever spinning circle or can you play normally after the lot is not placed ?

      Have you tested a new save to see if it works there ?

        i got the game for the first time on Saturday. i have never tried to import from my gallery until yesterday
