fairyrene​  Some of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are generic, but a couple point to a possible issue with the graphics driver, and a few other errors are definitely related to the driver.  So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

But rather than reinstalling the newest driver, try a slightly older version.  You can get them here:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

Try 576.88, then 577.00 if that doesn't work.  You'll need the Game Ready Driver, not the Studio version.
