@nritzau22 Where did you put the various files you downloaded from the site? The custom content needs to go in the Mods folder (in a subfolder should also be fine), but the files for the sim herself need to go in Tray.
If this is what you did, please open a File Explorer window, go to the Tray folder where you placed the sim's files, and take a screenshot. Be sure to include the file path, which shows above the list of files. You can block out your username if you want, but please keep the rest of the file path visible.

I put them in the mods folder I wasn’t aware there was a difference. I’ll try that and come back

I tried putting them in my tray and it still isn't showing up. I'm on a mac and it doesn't show file paths but this is the path file and a picture of the end destination.
Finder/documents/electronic arts/sims 4/Tray. The custom content is in the mods folder.

I know this was long ago but i'm having the same problem can you help me
I made folders inside the tray to keep it organize ( which name is GUYSSS *GENDER****) if i ever choose to remove those sim download but i dont think that affected it
Im not sure why it's not showing in library but the CC show in cas

@Aliciadestiny999 The game won't read any subfolders within the Tray folder. All the files you want to use need to be directly in Tray.

if i ever want to delete what i put in my tray folder how will i know which one it is bc i might get bored of it
