@nritzau22 Where did you put the various files you downloaded from the site? The custom content needs to go in the Mods folder (in a subfolder should also be fine), but the files for the sim herself need to go in Tray.
If this is what you did, please open a File Explorer window, go to the Tray folder where you placed the sim's files, and take a screenshot. Be sure to include the file path, which shows above the list of files. You can block out your username if you want, but please keep the rest of the file path visible.
I put them in the mods folder I wasn’t aware there was a difference. I’ll try that and come back

I tried putting them in my tray and it still isn't showing up. I'm on a mac and it doesn't show file paths but this is the path file and a picture of the end destination.
Finder/documents/electronic arts/sims 4/Tray. The custom content is in the mods folder.

@nritzau22 The files for the sims need to be directly in Tray, not in a subfolder.

All sorted they’re there finally thank you so much!!!
- 4 years ago@nritzau22 Hey, I am having this exact issue how did you end up getting the sims to show up in your gallery. I have already moved the files to the tray a couple times and it still won’t show up.

@tm0rx82pxsrf Please post a screenshot of the files that aren't showing up in-game. Include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in the screenshot.

When you're in the Gallery, make sure that you tick the "include custom content" filter on the side and it should show up (if you did everything else correctly: tray files to the Tray folder; CC to the Mods folder)
