I can't find my custom downloaded sim in my library

I downloaded a sim from the sims 4 resource, including all the custom content used to make her but it won't show up in my library no matter what I do. I've ticked 'include custom content' I've made s...

    @nritzau22  The files for the sims need to be directly in Tray, not in a subfolder.

I know this was long ago but i'm having the same problem can you help me 

I made folders inside the tray to keep  it organize ( which name is GUYSSS *GENDER****) if i ever choose to remove those sim download but i dont think that affected it

Im not sure why it's not showing in library but the CC show in cas

@Aliciadestiny999  The game won't read any subfolders within the Tray folder.  All the files you want to use need to be directly in Tray.

    if i ever want to delete what i put in my tray folder how will i know which one it is bc i might get bored of it
