I can't find my game
So I just redeemed a code that I got at Walmart, and I can't find the game anywhere. the game was The Sims 4 Bundle. PLease help

Maybe it didn't redeem correctly. Try to redeem it again and if it tells you that code has already been used, you will know it's not the case.
I don't know if you logged out after redeeming it so... are you totally sure of being logging in Origin with the correct account? Most of the times this problem happens because we create a new account or we have more than one account.
Try to log in with your email address instead of with your username.
If you are sure it's the right account, make sure you have selected "Show all games" and that the games are not in "hidden games".
If that doesn't help, you will need to contact an EA Game adviser on the EA Help Center.
