ok now I won't stop getting the 102 error and i checked all my mods and nothing is wrong with them!
MarahCricut How did you check? If you didn't rename or remove your Mods folder and delete your localthumbcache file, you haven't finished checking.
That said, mod removal can also cause this. Can you load other households with your current mods? If you remove all mods/CC and move your Sims to a new house, can you load it?

unfortunately, it's now at the point now where i click on anything in the sims 4 gallery it says the item is corrupted and it shows a red X with loading symbol any idea what that is too? And no I can't even play the sims 4 live mode when I have my mods disabled.

ok it worked so that means a mod might be the issue.

I cant even test which mods dont work cause none of my mods will show up in the game!
MarahCricut The game will only see mods in the folder it creates in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If no mods are showing up, they're either in the wrong folder -- OneDrive is notorious for being a cause of this (see https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en/current-issue-sims-4-savesuser-content-disappearing-pc/11838402 ) -- or are being blocked by your firewall/antivirus software. Here's how to use Sims 4 to track where the folder is: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
