I can't save any of my lots in my library
I can't save any of my lots in my library for almost a year now... I have them in a specific save but can't put them anywhere else or put in in the library or gallery What do I do? Can someone help ...

I deleted all my the sims 4 folder and saved my saves! Then I uninstalled the ea app and installed everything over again and now my gallery is working!
I did all of this because now I can't download the new pack... At least now the rest of my game is working... Just need to figure it out how to make this new pack work!

Otherwise, please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
