@mhdrmlekoo the pack is unstable at the moment there seems to be issues with build mode alongside issues with game stability freezes/crashes and save files not loading

For some reason, not only do I not have any of the Vibing Streamer Gear, it created an alternate High School Years pack without it in my library? I don't understand what happened. I just hope I receive it before the time runs out after spending all this money for it...
Oh I have the same thing!! And in my Origin library it actually shows I own both showing copies!
Maybe that's a clue where the bonus is? In the other supposed copy? đ¤
I also have two copies of the expansion under the expansion pack tab. One has a "Purchase as a gift" option like usual, the other does not. I can't seem to download the one that has the "Purchase as a gift" option. When I click download in the Origin client, nothing happens. I tried logging into origin in the browser and launching the game through the browser. When I do it comes up in my Origin client as an "Unidentified Game" and says "To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account.". Obviously I already activated the key, so that isn't helpful.
The other copy, the one without "Purchase as a gift" does download just fine. But there's no "Vibing Streamer Gear" content in my game.
@EA_Solaire Could I ask you one question to verify? When I contacted Polish EA Help team they (in short) sent me away to contact the store where I got the box version of the Expansion Pack because, according to the person I talked to, the store was supposed to send me two codes total: one for the Expansion Pack in the box, and one (separately? idk) for the bonus preorder content. + another person on Twitter told me they were told the same thing when they contacted the German EA Help team.
Is this a thing? Should the box buyers get two codes? Or just activating the Expansion Pack code should be sufficient?

@EA_Cade How long this last (I believe) step can take? My game theoretically updated a few minutes ago but nothing changed, I still don't have the preorder bonus. Should I be worried if it doesn't show up in an hour? Two? 24?

Our investigation into this issue continues at this time. If you're still missing the Vibing Streamer Gear Digital Content, could you please let us know where/how you purchased the High School Years pack?
Some digital retailers like Amazon should have sent a separate code via email to redeem for the content. Whereas if you purchased at a physical store you may have gotten a second code on your receipt or in the game box to redeem.
Any information you can provide helps us narrow the issue down.

This is a legit store with electronics, games, etc.
I placed my order online on 22nd of July, the package came on the release day. I didn't have another code in the box, I don't have any additional codes neither in e-mail nor on the receipt, I also checked the package very carefully - there was nothing aside the box inside. I already called the store helpline, didn't achieve much there, was told to fill a form. It's been a day, no reply yet.
Additionally someone in the Questions About the Product under that offer also reports the lack of preorder bonus.
+ Personal backstory: I placed my order at this store specifically because when I was placing my order I noticed they had a picture of the promo items with their watermark, while another local retailer I was considering to place my order at, didn't. Now the picture is gone, which is very worrying... Lady on the helpline claimed it's because it's after release date and the product is now marked as New instead of Preorder, but that didn't calm me down much, especially since they're not replying to my aforementioned form. I'll probably try calling them again soon.
i preordered the newest high school years. i treied playing it the day it came out but i did not have the contet. i have the confirmation that i have bought it but every time i chenck mye order history, it says its during treatment(?)

I spoke to Freddie from your Twitter Help team who said that Amazon UK had been sent codes for the items? This is his message:

I checked in on this and Amazon does indeed have codes to give to players who purchased The Sims 4 High School Years so they can receive the bonus content. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this missing content. I recommend to keep contacting Amazon about this matter. Thank you for contacting us! As you can imagine, Amazon UK say different. I also have the two copies bug.
@ooleemme Hi, have you tried cross-sending the communication? Sending screenshots of what Amazon said to EA Help, and screenshots of what EA Help said to Amazon?
