I purchased the pack but I have not received the bonus content. And the pack only came out today. I don’t know why I haven’t received it. I’ve checked everywhere in build mode and it’s not there. The speaker, chair or lights.

Those speakers, chairs or lights haven't started coming out yet. September 8th speakers, chairs or lights start to come out.

  @Lixisa17 Hasn't EA / Maxis / The Sims made a statement that they're aware the content isn't being given to players correctly?

    @SimmerStar4 They also said the fix is being rolled out, but it's not, so we're in the unknown. Especially when the live support tells you "can't help" :/
