Not true at all. This is just descriminating against European people. Do better pls. Give me the bonus. Also

Ordered mine through GameStop because I'm on a fixed income and it was the only way my uncle back in Canada could get it for me.

Been weeks now.

If possible i really would like transparency from community managers why European stores are being excluded from being eligible to get the bonus. Last years everyting was fine and the EA agents gave the bonus to everyone who bought the cottage living expansion but this year apparently Amazon is better than FNAC store and all other EU/AUS stores for some reason which is unfair! Please community managers help all EU players about their game bought in EU physical stores. Adress this situation and if people provide proof of pruchase from their local store let EA agents give the bonus like last year! Thank You!

Yeah, I don't get it. It's three items, and EA did NOT make it clear it needed to be bought from Origin to obtain the bonus content. Never had this issue before. I wonder if we need to get the attention of TS4 content creators in order to shine a light on this. It's not yet September 8th, and there are people buying this pack for the bonus content and won't get it. It's wrong.

You do not need to buy from Origin any authorized reseller will do such as Amazon.
