I didn't remove my mods and cc before i updated, please help!!

Nor did I but I doubt this is what is causing your problem.  This patch changed a lot of code and many mods and custom content now need to be updated to work with the game.

There is a list on Mod the Sims detailing the broken cc and mods.  This list is still growing and changing but it will give you some idea of the scope of the problem.

I suggest you remove your mods and check with the mod creators to see if they have updated them yet or if they deem them as safe to use.
