I don't own my expansion pack anymore.. I bought it a couple years back.

Hello, I have had some expansion packs for a long time now and still expanding the collection every now and then. I've had "Get To Work" for like over a year if not 2 but suddenly I don't own it anym...

    @lepel030 

    If it's not showing in your order history, it sounds like you were accessing that via EA Play. If you have your Xbox account linked to your EA account, and you previously had Xbox Game Pass, that does include an EA Play membership. 

    You can reach out to live support so they can review your account details to see how you had previously played this pack: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/

Hey there @lepel030 

Had you fully purchased Get to Work, or were you accessing this pack through an EA Play membership that's now expired? Please check the order history on your EA account to verify how you were playing this pack.

I had fully purchased it, and I have never owned an EA play membership so I couldn't be mistaken. It's funny, because the expansion pack Get To Work is not in my order history anymore either... it's very weird... I've used it for years.
