I exit out of Create a Sim mode(CAS) and I can't do anything.
Everytime I exit out of Create a Sim mode (CAS), I can't seem to continue playing with my sim, it doesn't freeze, but I can't click or do anything

Someone will give you an advice, someone who play Sims 4. I don't play Sims 4. Sorry. 😉

If you use mods, remove the Mods folder from the game folder to your desktop, delete the localthumbcache.package file from the game folder, repair the game on Origin,
When you turn on the game, it will be create a new empty mods folder and the missing file.
Check if you still have this problem.
