I get a warning message about corrupted files whenever I try to play The Sims 4.

I tried to play The Sims 4, but after I clicked the play button, I got a message saying, Unable to start: Cannot start because the below file appears to be corrupted. Please repair or reinstall ...

    Try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.

    ea SUCKS SO BAD! ive had this problem for over a month and they still cant fix it and the advisors are so rude! it wont even let me request a call  anymore and ive only requested a call about 5 times over the month and still no fix, they recommended me to this * which doesnt help at all!
