I have a bug on my occult sims

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and game packs.

What happens when the bug occurs? When you have a occult sims, there is supposed to be a human form and a occult form like vampire, mermaid and witch. But when I choose to have vampire eyes or skin on my vampire form, the human form also get it. I also have that bug there the witch eyes don't work.
What do you expect to see? I expect my occult sims to have a human form and a for example a witch form and that the forms wont mix with each other. So if I want my human sim to have blue eyes and tan skin and blond hair, I want my vampire sim to have red eyes, white skin and black hair. I don't want them the same.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. When I installd sims 4 island life it happend.
Is it possible that you overlooked the little icon above the sim's head which allows you to "link" the human and occult form? It's a newer feature and to be honest, I tend to forget about it myself and mess up my alternate forms quite a lot (because they are linked by default!).
On a second note, your stated game version should be higher if you have Island Living installed. That should put your game version to be at least 1.52 or so. But then again, since you're on a Mac and I'm on PC, this might all be different.
