I have windows 7 and I can't download CC for my sims 4 game. Any help?

I've looked up multiple ways to download CC and nothing seems to work. I don't know if it's something to do with Origin... But I can't even find the Sims 4 in the location where it's supposed to be. ...

It still isn't working. I can't even find any mods folder. I honestly don't know what's wrong with my game

@e29960f376f5dcea  Did you try the repair the game by right clicking the game icon in Origin? Did you try moving the game user data to your desktop allowing the game to generate a new user data folder?
