I just purchased Sims4 on Amazon
I just purchased Sims4 on Amazon, entered the redemption code and now can't find the game. It says to go to my games but there does not seem to be a feed for that anywhere on either my Origin.com or EA.com account

You need to download Origin at origin.com (upper right corner), when you are done with installing that, open it, log in with the account you used to redeem the code.
You should now be able to find the 'My Games' tab and your game.
