I keep on getting the error 'Initialization error at startup'

I reinstalled the game, put Origin and Sims 4 on my Operating system drive, and I tried everything. I just want to play Sims 4 so can someone please help? Here is the update if you dont see it below...

Did you try the suggestions given there ?

Do you have the disc or download version of the game ?

I did try the suggestions given, will see if the worked later. I have the disc copy of the game.

They didn't work, unfortanately.
