I lost all my progress and it went back to my first family

Good day everyone,

I need your help...So I lost my progress and saves in my game... What I did is that I just downloaded some tray files on the internet and when I came back for my game, all of it was lost. My mods were still there and it all went back to my very first family... Nothing wrong with my saves folder, I checked it and the date modified when I last played my family was still there...I followed all instructions that I saw on the internet but nothing helped... I would really appreciate if yall can help me... I built a beautiful house and 4 generations of family and i lost it all... Thank you
