I lost Sims 4 due to an update!!

I bought Sims 4, downloaded origin, started playing. Everything was fine with it until one day I came back home, when I came to my desktop (windows computer) origin automatically started to update. I...

First of all this is advised:

The game no longer shows up in Origin

Try the following things: 

  • Restart Origin.
  • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
  • Reinstall Origin.
  • Restart your router/modem.
  • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))

  • Get in touch with an EA Game Advisor.

    Ok, it's really solved this time?

    Edit: Also, may I add, the most common problem with people not being able to find their game, is them being logged in to the wrong account. 
    So it's related, and very often the solution to the problem.

    Fully close it, or restarting your computer.

    Im sorry to bother you again, I thought it was there in hidden games then realised it was just create a sim demo. Any other suggestions?

    I believe there is an option to chat or to let them call you. Not sure about the e-mail option, but I guess you'll find out 🙂
