i needed help with my sims 4 game

I received a phone call from an technician and apparently he did not like what I told him because i ended up telling him he was of no help to me at all..  He retaliated by taking my e-mail address and allowing me to be bombarded with hundreds of e-mails all from EA customers, complaining about the similiar problem i was having.  I think this person should be fired!!! I explained to him (he was the 2nd person to call me with this problem) that I dont understand computers very well and now I do not know how to stop all these e-mails.  In the several hours I have literally hundreds of e-mails that I dont need, someone needs to go in and UNDO  what this "unprofessional **bleep**", that is representing your company did to my account.

CAn you PM me the content of one of these mails, and your case number from when you made contact?

Click the little mail icon in the top right of AHQ to start a PM.

If you suspect that there's a mixup and you're getting notifications from AHQ, check your subscriptions management page here:  http://answers.ea.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-subscriptions

From the drop down menu you can choose to Check All, then delete the subscriptions.
