I purchased Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack but not downloading !

Hello, I need help please. I pre-ordered the new Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack but it is not downloading for me! It first showed as if it had finished downloading, but it is still greyed out ...

My Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order states it's "Completed" for Businesses & Hobbies, but it lists the preorder date of purchase I think (02/11)... Still cannot access the Expansion in game.
