I purchased Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack but not downloading !

Honey-Gumdrops Does the pack show as owned and installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, does the content show up in a new save? Please test for comparison's sake.

Oh thank you so much! Was able to click on "download" button option. Seems to be working fine now! Excited to play the new extension pack now. Appreciate your patience and time! Enjoy your weekend.

First let's try clearing the cache for the EA app as well as logging out and back in. If you're still not seeing your DLC in the EA app, please run an EA Error Report following these steps and provide your Report ID for me.
