I updated the Sims 4 and now I can't see my Sims

So I updated my game, but now I can't see my sims. When I go to edit my sims, I can't see them but the mouse controls are fine and when I go to play a household, the game can't seem to get past the l...

If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix game in Origin. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
