I would like tech support to please call me

I have been trying to get tech support to call me but its been over 24 hours and it says you guys have received the call request and will call in the estimated callback time which was 5 min ITS BEEN ...

your message says someone will call back.  how long does that take?  i have a lot of sims games and cant play because i need to get a new code.  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

    if your the one who posted the original question  could it be you logged into the wrong account and is why your having code issues ? and what exactly is the error  message you get ? invalid ? used ? already redeem ?
