@Meagan_Kayla Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?
A lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.
Try removing everything and see if it then works.
If it does, narrow down which one it could be.

Wow I'm so relieved to see this post, I'm having the same issue.
All my friends just show up as name, picture and list of traits. It no longer says "friend" "sister" etc. No mods, I've reinstalled the game and started a new save.

Thank you for replying! I took out all of my mods and cc and restarted the game but I am still having the issues. I am more than okay with waiting till things get fixed since I understand new updates can mess things up! Thank you for taking the time for responding!
