If I reinstall sims 4 will I lose Expansion Packs?

Hi.  So I think I messed up my game by installing an update whilst having cc. I do not mind losing all my saved games by uninstalling, however I don't want to lose my Expansion packs. My exp...

    If appears not. I have reinstalled and Expansions seem to save to your origin account.

    All packs are still in my game after reinstalling.
