With my game some of the icons at the top is missing when I try to go to manage world the screen goes black but with looks like the game is still going there is no interface bar and I can't click on anything. I took everything out of my mods folder
Chyennej222 Does this happen right away, or after you do something in-game, for example enter or exit Build mode? Does it happen in a new save as well? Are you playing a scenario at the moment?
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and look for a lastUIexception file. If you find one, open it and delete its first line, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon. Alternately, you can copy the text and paste it into your reply.
If you find more than one lastUIexception file, please only upload the most recent, by the modified date.
you didn't accidentally hit the tab key did you? this hides the ui.
No this happens right away. I can be in a new save or in the old save. I've deleted all lastUIexception file. Still the same thing.

Chyennej222 Please let this happen again, look for a new lastUIexception, and if you find one, provide it here. You would need to delete the file's first line in order to be able to upload it. But deleting the file doesn't help—it's just a report of the issue, not anything that affects how the game runs.
