Does this only happen on an exiting save game or do you have the same issues if you start a new one for testing purposes ?
There's a few problems with aging if you play certain Sims from the city that have certain traits. So are yours Sims you made yourself or from town ?
Are just the buildings without names or do you have missing text elsewhere (like in the bubbles) ?
Are you playing rotationally with switching families or just one family ?
1.) It happens in the existing save , old saves , and new saves

3.) The buildings are without names , the apartments are without names , the places are without names , the sims are without names , idk what you mean by the bubbles. If you're talking about the " action bubbles " those are fine. I just have zero idea where my sim is or who they talk to of the place or sim was not edited by me. Everything except for interact bubbles are nameless
4.) I play multiple families at a time. I like to keep introducing new sims to further my progress on the legacy achievement.

No problem , I'll send you a save of my game with origin repair so all of the renaming i did and cheats i used to attempt to fix the problem are reset.
