In-game Color UI Glitch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After clicking on a stove, choose a different outfit to wear, selecting a household to play with (it pops up when one of the Sims is not at home), etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI gives a blue with purple icon while there should be one of my Sims and the screen is moved (see screenshot 'Sims 4 In-game Color Glitch'). In the pack Journey to Batuu, when I speak to a Resistance person with the words 'Ignite the spark', the blue and purple icon appears wich won't go away, My entire screen is glitched. I can't even exit the game properly. When the game is restarted, the screen isn't frozen anymore, but the same issue comes when I speak with the Resistance again (again with 'Ignite the spark' sentence). When the UI pops up, I can't exit it. It's frozen entirely...
What do you expect to see? Just a normal screen and not the glitch (see screenshot 'Sims 4 In-game Color Glitch SOLVED')
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but it's solved when I use no mods.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It happened after the new pack release 'Journey to Batuu'. I found out that the glitch shows up when I use mods and that it's gone when I use no mods (CAS CC and lot CC are not involved, it works fine when the glitch doesn't appear).

Anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I really want to use mods without having this annoying glitch.

Any help to fix it would be welcome.
