Incheon Arrivals & Fashion Street Kit Missing

Hi, I recently purchased these kits through Origin, but when I load the game, the items aren't there. I've tried restarting my computer, repairing the game, removing all my cc, checking to see if they were installed, and trying to repurchase them. When I go to repurchase, it says I already have the kits downloaded. I'm not sure what else to do, im bummed that I don't get to use them
