Infinite loading screen on save

Infinite loading screen on save.

This is a save I've had issues with before, but before it was the household that was the problem and that was fixed when I got Lumpinou's Milestone fix mod.
This time i can load the household in CAS just fine, but the lot is where the infinite loading screen happens. I do hear a simoleon noise when trynig to load it, which makes me think it's loading some save data about the household. where do I go from here? I'm not really sure what to do.

    @GravityGallifrey  Does the lot use the Off the Grid challenge?  If so, please remove it, which you can do in Build mode.

    If that doesn't help, please move the household to a different lot, preferably a blank one, and see whether you can load that household now.  Try a new sim on the old lot too.  The idea is to see whether the problem is the sims or the lot.
