Hi I can't seem to get into my save game after this latest update. My game just keeps loading and nothing happens. I only have one save file in game, is there anyway I can use another save game to restore my save?

Nope, tried this morning. I can't get saved games to load, the menu is distorted. I've tried taking out mods that were apparently broken, and its still messed up.
wexxam Can you load a new save? Please try for comparison's sake. Please also try loading a different household within the original save. You can choose Load Game rather than Resume. I'm not saying you need to abandon your save or sims, only that this is useful information.
If only your main household is affected, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to load that household, and see whether you get a new LE. If you do, please attach it to a reply here. You'll need to delete the file's first line in order to upload it.
If you can't load into any household, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hi! It is just my main household that I can't get into. I tried a few things and it seems like my toddler may be the cause of this issue which I have no clue why.
I did get a LE file and I have attached it below.
mandyyynicole Please test with no mods or custom content at all, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop. If that doesn't help, please repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.) If that doesn't help either, please post screenshots of the issue.
