Hello,
Your system meets the recommended requirements for the processor and memory, however your graphics card is between the minimum and recommended requirements. I expect you will be able to play the game at medium settings.
I would like to warn you that with a laptop you need to take care to prevent it overheating. I think The Sims 4 is implementing a 'laptop mode' to help with this.
