I have Windows 8.1 64bit.

My PC:

RAM 16 GB

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4 Ghz

GPU: AMD Radeon 7970 3 GB

    Hello,

    Your system exceeds the recommended requirements. I would expect the game to run at Ultra with smooth performance, even after adding a number of EPs and patches.
