Hello,
@shannipatti - Unfortunately the Intel 965 chipset is not supported in The Sims 4, so will not be able to run the game. Sorry for this inconvenience.
@boochiekennedy94 - Your system meets the recommended requirements, so I'm not sure why you're experiencing crashing. One thing I would do is update your AMD dedicated card's drivers, which can be found on AMD's website (your model is the Radeon HD 7730), and then check whether The Sims 4 is using your AMD card instead of the Intel chip - this should be able to be set in the AMD Control Center.
@nikisln - Your computer should be able to play the game at medium-high settings, so I wouldn't worry.
@jem369 - I think the game may be playable at low settings, however people have been experiencing problems with the Intel HD graphics chip which is found in that laptop. For gaming, laptops usually need a dedicated AMD or NVIDIA graphics card for good performance.
I hope this helps and keep simming,
Cody

Hello,
@TanyaMcShane - Your laptop should be able to handle the game at medium settings. I would advise considering cooling options, as AMD APUs are more likely to overheat - many people use laptop cooling pads in order to keep their laptops cool.
I hope this helps and keep simming,
Cody
