The website says I meet all minimum requirements but it only recommends/suggest I upgrade my video card from AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7450A Graphics to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 or better graphic cards. When I first play Sims 4 for the first 2 to 3 days it turns out fine but then it starts crashing more frequently even when I switch to offline at Origin it dosen't help much.
So is this my system/video card problem or the game problem itself?
Hello,
@JennaAntrobus - Please follow the instructions in this link (credit to @crinrict, and her amazing blog!)
@simsfreak2182 - Your computer should be able to handle low-medium settings, so if you're playing on anything higher than medium, then that's probably why you are experiencing problems. If you would like to play at high settings, you would need to upgrade your graphics card. Are you receiving any error messages at all associated with your issues in TS4?
@XELE87 - Your graphics card should allow you to play at low-medium settings. Can You Run It is a bit of an inaccurate website, and their suggestion of upgrading your graphics card is based on the recommended requirements which are needed to play the game at high settings.
I hope this helps and keep simming,
Cody

Most of the Sims 4 default settings were already in medium but luckily the quality isn't **bleep** when I switch to low. But more importantly for now I hope the game stops crashing or at least not frequently.
