The same thing is going on with me. I know we wont be able to play it anyways but I still wanted to download it.

It is a problem with the servers, they are overloaded. This is only what I just found out. So just be patient everyone. I know I am super dissapointed bc I really wnated to download it today too, but I will be trying every so often.
