I bought the sims 4 3 weeks ago and i can't preload the game when it's says that i must can preload it

    @arceus2110 Does your order show as fulfilled in your purchase history ?

        The your payment hasn't gone through. Click on the + to see what it says there and make sure your credit card details are up-to-date
