it says proccesing in the order history

Ok I live on the east coast of North America and its already 1 hour past 9pm and am not able to play it and no am not a MAC USER am a Microsoft user. Any thats not the point the point is that I been waiting for this game to be released since its announcement date last year (yes I Pre order games that far in advance and I have not been able to play it grrr).

I also have the word processing next to my purchase history...
when I click the plus it says...
We have billed you for your order, but some items are undelivered
the money has been taken, its not even in my account holding....
I have both bank records, and a reciept, all indicating it has been paid....
Edit: When I contacted support - they suggested it may have been an ''internal server error'' which should resolve itself in 24-hours....

I also had issues with the preload, however I have now resolved them.
My issue was, it said "Processing" and "We have billed you for your order, but some items are undelivered." However the preload was not available in my Origin client, no matter how much I logged out and in and reloaded my games.
It turns out that the order had been made on a card that was now expired. So even though the card had been billed a while ago, the order could not complete to the stage where preload was available because the card was now expired.
There was a link on my order that said something like "Modify or Cancel Order" (it was in French so I'm not sure of the exact English words... living in France forces me to see everything in French on Origin...). So I clicked that and noticed it was still referring to my expired card.
So I changed that to my active card and accepted the change. A few minutes later the preload became available in Origin and I got a "You can now preload" email.

Exactly what mine says. The money has been taken. It cannot be refunded because i no longer have that account. So i have to call them in order for it to be resolved?
