The your payment hasn't gone through. Click on the + to see what it says there and make sure your credit card details are up-to-date

Ok I live on the east coast of North America and its already 1 hour past 9pm and am not able to play it and no am not a MAC USER am a Microsoft user. Any thats not the point the point is that I been waiting for this game to be released since its announcement date last year (yes I Pre order games that far in advance and I have not been able to play it grrr).
