So I ordered The Sims 4 online but when I try to download it, the picture is grey.It says refund under the word pre-order. I also have the word processing next to my purchase history when I click the plus it says:
We have billed you for your order, but some items are undelivered
i ordered and paid for the sims 4 09/04/2013. I can't believe I can not download or play the game. The Sims Creator"s, EASPORTS and to all those that had to do with this game.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.I waited over a year for this game to come out only not to play it on the release date. When I go to origin its saying that The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe is unreleased
I pre ordered 8-29 0f 2013, and having issues. They have been paid...
@Romanna65 Indeed, if you are in a similar situation you should contact our support.
From your other posts it seems there may have been a problem with your account, and if you cannot access it anymore (which I inferred from your post), then an advisor would be able to help you regain access. Note that the Sims 4 release window might mean that our phone lines are rather busy, so if you have the option of contacting us before the evening I'd suggest you do so. 🙂
