I also have the word processing next to my purchase history...
when I click the plus it says...
We have billed you for your order, but some items are undelivered
the money has been taken, its not even in my account holding....
I have both bank records, and a reciept, all indicating it has been paid....
Edit: When I contacted support - they suggested it may have been an ''internal server error'' which should resolve itself in 24-hours....

Exactly what mine says. The money has been taken. It cannot be refunded because i no longer have that account. So i have to call them in order for it to be resolved?
